We want you to love every piece you order from Ambition Apparel. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns easy and stress-free.
10-Day Returns
You have 10 days from delivery to return your item. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at ambitionapparel1700@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ambitionapparel1700@gmail.com — and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the size or style you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the one you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
