All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders. Please double-check your cart, size, and shipping details before checkout.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ambitionapparel1700@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any items, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Full-price items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
